LTM, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company with more than 87,000+ employees across 40+ countries, is accelerating its enterprise AI transformation through a strategic partnership with Microsoft. As part of its Frontier Firm journey, LTM is preparing its workforce for an AI-first future, with 90% of teams already trained in AI and an operating model in place to scale AI responsibly across the enterprise.
By using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service, LTM has reimagined both HR and sales operations with intelligent, enterprise-scale agents.
“As we scale enterprise AI, our aim is to unlock business creativity at every level. Trusted agents handle the repeatable work, and our people bring the imagination, judgment, and client context that turn ideas into outcomes. This is how we’re building an AI-centric LTM: secure by design, grounded in governance, and focused on measurable impact.”

Modernizing HR with RAIma
With a workforce of nearly 87,000 employees, LTM needed a scalable, future-ready HR support model that could evolve quickly while delivering a seamless and consistent employee experience. Routine activities such as applying for leave, accessing policies, correcting attendance, raising service requests, and navigating multiple HR touchpoints often required manual effort across disparate systems. This led to delays for employees and managers and increased the transactional workload on HR teams.
LTM introduced RAIma to simplify HR operations at scale, unify the experience under a “One HR” model, and help HR shift from transactional support to strategic enablement.
LTM developed its HR AI super-agent, RAIma, as a Copilot-powered, custom solution built in Copilot Studio and deployed within Microsoft 365 Copilot. RAIma serves as a unified conversational interface for end-to-end HR operations, integrating with platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow Copilot Connectors and enterprise HR systems.
Designed to support the full hire-to-retire HR lifecycle, RAIma provides capabilities across onboarding, performance management, core HR services, learning, and wellbeing. In addition to handling informational and transactional queries, RAIma addresses HR policy-related inquiries and executes workflow-based transactions.
For new joiners, RAIma supports a structured onboarding journey from day one through the first 45 days, helping employees complete key tasks, access the right information at the right time, and navigate internal tools and portals with ease.
Employees can perform a wide range of actions, such as applying for leave, booking seats, raising asset requests, accessing policies, and creating service tickets, directly within Copilot Chat in Microsoft Teams. RAIma also proactively supports managers with contextual dashboards and actionable analytics to enable informed decision-making.

“Using RAIma in my day-to-day work has made things easy and stress-free. I don’t have to search across different systems for policies or answers; everything is available through a simple chat. I can also apply for leave, book my seat, and raise tickets through RAIma.” — T. Sivarama Sarma, Principal, Data Sciences, LTM
Delivered in under four months, the solution significantly improved response accuracy and functional coverage while reducing engineering complexity and ongoing maintenance overhead. It scaled to support more than 78,000 monthly active users and laid a strong foundation for future multi-agent HR innovation.
Built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, RAIma uses low-code capabilities, GPT-based reasoning, and enterprise integrations to enable rapid agent creation and deployment. This architecture delivers consistent HR support across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the enterprise portal, while helping LTM accelerate innovation and streamline operations at scale.
Since launch, RAIma has handled nearly 500,000 employee interactions, achieved a 75% feedback rate, and improved overall productivity by 15%. Over the past year, the initiative has received six HR transformation awards, including the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards 2025, the Financial Express HR Awards 2025, the SHRM HR Excellence Awards, and the ET Human Capital Awards 2026.
“RAIma, our AI agent developed with Microsoft Copilot, is redefining the role of HR at LTM by integrating intelligence, insights, and employee services into a single, intuitive conversational interface.
As we pivot to becoming an AI-centric organization, RAIma is enabling our people with greater clarity and capability to own outcomes for our clients – helping them Outcreate every day.
It’s one of the ways Business Creativity is coming to life at LTM — where human insight and intelligent systems converge to drive meaningful impact. The result is a more responsive, human-centric workplace, and an HR function that operates as a strategic enabler of business outcomes.”Chetana Patnaik, CHRO, LTM
Transforming sales with A.S.K Agentic AI
As part of its sales autonomous enablement initiative, LTM extended AI innovation across its sales organization with A.S.K Agentic AI, a generative AI-powered sales assistant. Sales teams often spend significant time searching for relevant case studies, tracking down the latest presentation decks, and reviewing past proposals to respond to requests for proposal (RFPs). In a competitive market, this manual effort impacted response times and limited the sales team’s ability to focus on strategy and customer engagement.
Developed with Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, A.S.K Agentic AI serves as a centralized conversational assistant that draws on LTM’s extensive sales knowledge base. By integrating SharePoint libraries, proposal archives, and corporate content repositories, the agent enables sellers to ask natural language questions and quickly retrieve relevant materials or generate draft responses using AI-driven semantic search and large language models.
It supports key sales personas by helping:
- Bid managers quickly surface relevant case studies for active opportunities.
- Sales leaders retrieve the latest approved presentations ahead of key meetings.
- Pre-sales and request for proposal (RFP) teams analyze complex RFPs and generate intelligent first drafts in minutes
A.S.K Agentic AI drives sales enablement and business growth by delivering actionable insights to LTM’s global sales community 24/7, 365 days a year. Integrated with more than 40+ internal SharePoint repositories and accessible to over 1,000 associates across sales, pre-sales, and sales enablement teams, the agent provides personalized, secure responses with real-time access controls.
By automating document discovery and response drafting, A.S.K significantly reduces manual effort. It improves proposal quality through relevant, context-aware content, and strengthens cross-functional collaboration. It also ensures consistent representation of LTM’s strategic messaging, value propositions, and core capabilities across customer-facing deliverables.
In recognition of its innovation and impact, A.S.K Agentic AI received the Silver Award in the AI-Driven Sales Enablement Team of the Year category at the Stevie® Awards 2026.
“A.S.K Agentic AI is helping our sales teams move faster—from searching for content to developing winning responses—so they can spend more time creating value with clients. It’s where business creativity takes shape: combining human insight with trusted AI to reimagine how we sell, sharpen our storytelling, and turn knowledge into momentum across every opportunity.” PR Rajesh, Vice President, Sales Excellence, LTM
